David Muir, an American journalist from the United States who anchors ABC News magazine 20, is known best as the co-anchor for World News Tonight With David Muir. Its dramatic video footage and the animated movements has made it the top seen newscast in America. He is also known for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. Before he took over ABC World News Tonight he was the main substitute anchor for the anchor who was his previous anchor Diane Sawyer. ABC News has broadcast many shows in primetime, including the most recent one, Breaking Point Heroin in America. He's been all over the world covering news in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He was awarded numerous Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards in addition to honors given by The Associated Press.
